I don’t work from a menu of services.
The goal is simple : to help you move better, feel better, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Every session is designed around what your body needs that day - not a predetermined routine. Depending on your goals, and what I find during the session, and your comfort level, I may combine:
-Massage
-Stretching
-Myofascial release
-Deep tissue
-Hot stones. (No extra charge for hot stones)
You don’t have to select what type of session you need before you arrive. We’ll figure that out together.
I work with active adults, weekend athletes, and older people who want to stay active. Whether you are trying to keep golfing, playing pickleball, lifting weights or keeping up with your grandchildren, the goal is to keep doing the things you love.
I’ve seen too many people stop doing the things they love because they assume pain is just part of getting older.

About Me
For 20 years I’ve helped people move with less pain and stay active doing the things they love, And of course, to de-stress.
I’ve been a New Jersey licensed massage therapist since 2006. I taught massage for about 10 years at 3 different massage schools - Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies, NMTI, (National Massage Therapy Institute) and Harris School of Business.
As part of my teaching at Lourdes, I supervised students doing patient massage at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, so I’m no stranger to working with clients with special needs.
I also offer chair massage or assisted stretching at your place of business.
My treatment room is located on the second floor of my home in Merchantville, NJ. If stairs are difficult for you, I also offer house calls in many cases.
